Swami Rajneesh has tried to scare me by court defamation notice

Swami Rajneesh has tried one more way to scare me and to take back my steps. Swami Rajneesh has threaten to me by sending court defamation notice to me. I didn't get scared by this step of Swami Rajneesh and i challenge him to sent me court defamation notice. But still i didn't received any court defamation notice from Swami Rajneesh.

During these all process, i was in dubai on my job. so i have all communication with you through email and made the payment through my internet banking of State bank of India. finally i came back from dubai to india in Jan-2012. and i started inquiry about construction status of my cottage. i was socked when i come to know from one of osho sanyasin Dr. Pradeep from Khambhat that osho cocom goa project has failed. it is no more moving. and swami rajneesh has move to mexico. you didn't inform me from your side about such information. This is what you did fraud with me through internet. i trust on you because you said to yourself a devotee and sanyasin of beloved OSHO. but you did fraud with me using the name of OSHO.  Then i started to ask you for refund my money 7,77,000 INR in March-2012. i also come to in contact with one of osho sanyasin Bharat Agarwal from surat. he has also booked the cottage in osho cocom goa project by paying 3,88,500 INR. On asking refund my money from you, you started to lie to me. that you are coming india in July,Aug-2012 to refund money but you came india in June-2012 and back to mexico. you didn't inform me about your visit in india in June-2012. after that you again lie that you have got the permission to build osho cocom goa project and construction will start in oct-2012. but truth was that you have not got the NOC to build the osho cocom goa project. This is clear that you have fraud with me as you took complete payment 7,77,000 INR of a cottage from me without getting NOC and any licenses for the osho cocom goa project. even i have asked you about your following details- 1. Your residence address and phone number in mexico 2. Your residence address, phone number in india and attach a ID proof of your residence address. 3. Your team details (name, address, phone no.) who are handling osho cocom goa project in india. but you didn't gave me these information. You have no money to refund. You have promised many dates in past to refund our money. but all your promises are excuse and lie in past. Swami Rajneesh, You don't want to settle my refund. You don't want sent me defamation notice. Then What you want? Things are very simple by settle my refund. but why you are willing to make it as propaganda by not settle my refund. why you want more trouble to me and to yourself. I have no right to blame and judge you for the way of your work for the Beloved OSHO. This is your personal problem what you have done and doing either right or wrong on the path of spirituality. But When your way of work is harming to someone personal life then this is your responsibility to take care about that. What I feel is there are two things are involved in our matter. One is the existence of Beloved OSHO and second is our personal issue that is the mind/ego. I can see that our ego will hurt everybody. I am not willing to hurt you, myself and millions of OSHO lovers worldwide, and thousands of new comers those who are willing to opening up their hearts towards the OSHO conscious world. I am writing you because we can see our responsibility towards existence of Beloved OSHO. My issue and your reactions have brought me to the level where i am only one step behind from making FIR to settle my refund. I am not willing to go through Police and court to settle my refund. because it can be a negative impact in OSHO conscious world. If still you are not willing to settle my refund with responsibility then what will be reactions of our action, you will be responsible for any negative impact in OSHO conscious world.
